Whiffletree HOA Annual Dues

As we enter our new fiscal year on April 1, we are requesting payment of annual HOA dues. We encourage you to pay in response to this email to save mailing costs for paper invoices at a later date. Good news – Whiffletree HOA annual dues are unchanged for the 4^th year in a row and are lowest of any nearby neighborhood.  We have 2 convenient ways to pay:

1. By check for $145 payable to WHOA and mail to WHOA, PMB 288, 3948 Legacy Drive, Suite 106, Plano, TX 75023-8300.
2. Pay securely online at https://www.mywhiffletreehoa.com/pay-dues via credit card or PayPal. Online payments are $150 due to additional expense to process online payments.

The majority of the dues we collect are used to maintain our beautiful entrances (water, electricity, and landscaping costs).  Most of the balance goes to social events such as July 4^th Parade & Picnic, National Night Out and the Winter Social.

Your HOA strives to maintain our community-wide reputation for being a great place to live and keep Whiffletree property values high!  We continue to provide Whiffletree directory to paid members, available online as well as printed version distributed in September/October.  Additionally, Whiffletree Facebook page and periodic Newsletters keep you informed of upcoming events.
