NEW BUSINESS

  • As required by change to 209 of the Texas Property Code effective 9/1/2025, requiring electronic voting at HOA meetings where member votes required, propose adding electronic voting to WHOA Bylaws, at end of paragraph 2.2 VOTING PRIVILEGES – Electronic voting is allowed.  Notification email with election ballot shall be emailed to all paid members (active members) at least 10 days and not more than 60 days prior to meeting requiring membership vote. Electronic votes are combined with votes collected in person at meeting.
